The price shown on the website at the time of acceptance of your order is the official price, unless there is an obvious error in that price. While we endeavour to ensure that all prices shown on the website are accurate, we do not guarantee that prices are correct and reserve the right to correct any errors. If we find an error in the price of any of the products you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to re-confirm or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as a cancellation.

We accept payment by credit and debit cards of major banks supported by VISA, MasterCard. The payment will be deducted immediately when placing the order.

At the same time, we will give corresponding member points for each consumption of registered members on this website. One point will be given for every 50TL of cash consumption, and one point is equivalent to one TL of Turkey. Members can choose to pay points and cash when shopping. Accept your order

Once you have entered your personal and payment information and placed your order, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order request. This email only confirms receipt of your order request and does not constitute acceptance of your order.

When we send you an email confirming that the goods have been shipped to you and your payment has been accepted, your order will be deemed to have been accepted and your contract with China Market will have been formed. The sales contract will only cover the items listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of shipment. All sales contracts are made in Turkey.

All products purchased on the Turkish website are eligible for real-time membership benefits. Preferential policies including free shipping, cash discount, and gifts will be displayed in the information bar of the homepage of the website. All the preferential policies enjoyed are the standard of the following orders, and the orders will not be enjoyed if the preferential policies are adjusted during the delivery period.

China Market reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to accept orders for any reason, including, but not limited to, the following:

• The product you ordered was out of stock, or the product was withdrawn due to failure to meet our quality standards or due to shipping restrictions that apply to one or all of the ordered items.
• We find errors in pricing or product descriptions.
• We are unable to obtain payment authorization.
• You do not qualify for the purchase of the goods as set out in our Terms and Conditions of Service.

We try our best to ship all the products you ordered within 24 hours after you place your order and we accept your order. The China Market team will try its best to deliver the product to you within 2-3 days.

China Market is insured for the delivery of each Order until the ordered Products are delivered to you or you take delivery of the ordered Products. At the time of delivery, you will be required to sign the product receipt confirmation, indicating that you are responsible for the products you have ordered from now on. If the consignee or recipient is not the original buyer, or if the gift was sent, you accept the receipt as evidence of China Market delivery and fulfillment of your order. You also accept the transfer of responsibility in the same manner. 

This return and exchange policy applies to goods purchased in Turkey.

It is consistent with the operation policy of China Market stores

Any customer, if the violation of the China market products operating policy, the abuse of China market return policy (including but not limited to, according to the customer after buying high frequency return), or engage in inappropriate behaviour (including but not limited to, unfavourable information spread to China market), or engaged in illegal behaviour (including fake China market brand goods), may need to undertake the following consequences:

• The Customer may be blacklisted in China Market and its future patronage may be rejected;

• The customer's request for return or replacement may be denied;

• If the customer is a member of the Site, he/she and other members living at the same address with him/her may be disqualified.

The determination of whether Customer violates the Commodity Operation Policy of China Market, abuses the Policy of Refunds or Exchange of China Market, or engages in improper conduct shall be made at the sole discretion of China Market, and the decision shall be final. The suspected illegal behavior will be referred to the Legal Cooperation Department of China Market for further investigation and action.

Return or exchange

This policy applies to online purchases unless otherwise stated.

Subject to the following conditions (conditions for sale, excluding excluded items), you may receive the goods (purchased from the website), exchange them (subject to stock) or return them:

(1) Complete and returned with merchandise;

(2) Returns or replacement of goods other than those received (purchased through the website) may be accepted, subject to the sole discretion of China Market.

Conditions for sale

 "Conditions for sale" Goods are unworn, unused, unmodified and in the same condition as they were originally sold. The goods are not damaged in any way.

The decision of whether a commodity is ina saleable condition depends entirely on the judgment of China Market alone, and the decision is final.

As for the return or exchange of goods purchased online, if China Market receives an unacceptable return or exchange, the customer will send the goods to the customer at his own expense.

Exclude items 

The following items to return or exchange will not be accepted, namely, fresh food, purchase vouchers indicating "no refund", "no returns no exchange" unique or fragile goods, buy vouchers indicating "no returns no exchange" pre-sale, sale, or old inventory goods, or perishable goods, including conditions do not have to sell food (" exclude items ").

The only exceptions allowed in the case of exclusion of articles are defective or damaged articles (" Defective Goods "). In this case, the goods will be returned to the supplier, or an independent evaluation will be conducted by a third party to determine whether the goods are defective. Goods damaged by normal wear and tear are not considered defective. If the goods are determined to be defective, the customer is entitled to a full refund, in appropriate cases, at the sole expense of the supplier. China Market will use its best efforts to ensure such refund on behalf of the Customer, but China Market will not be liable for any defective items provided by the Supplier, no matter how such liability arises.

Refund

 The original purchase amount will be refunded if the customer shows the original purchase voucher within 14 days after receiving the goods (website purchase). Except for the refund of defective goods (refer to the "Return of Defected Goods" below), all refunds for online purchases will be made in the form of China Market member points  or credit card refunds .

Regarding refunds for online purchases, the initial shipping fee, taxes and fees will not be refunded unless the item is defective, in which case, subject to testing and a full refund by following the "Return of Defect Items" policy below. Defect items may be refunded by credit and debit cards.

Credit cannot be granted on the basis of credit, that is, goods purchased with member points cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Any free promotional gifts that accompany returned merchandise must also be returned.

Return of defective merchandise

 For online purchases, customers should immediately contact China Market by phone or email to the customer service team for any defective items. No shipping charges will be charged for defective merchandise. China Market reserves the right to request photographic support of the defective merchandise before agreeing to return it. If required, the Customer shall sign a waiver indicating that they accept that the China Market will not be responsible for the defective merchandise and submit it to the Supplier for inspection or to an independent third party for evaluation.

China Market will pay the refund of the original purchase amount of the defective product directly to the customer on behalf of the supplier of the defective product, and the original purchase amount will be refunded to the credit or debit card used by the customer to purchase the defective product. Cash refunds are not available.

Exchange

In addition to excluding items, customers are allowed to exchange items for similar products based on available stock. If similar products are not available, consider products from other suppliers. If the customer chooses the product with lower value than the original one, the extra price will be returned to the customer in the form of member credits, and the less price will be borne by China Market.

For the replacement of the Goods purchased online, Customer agrees to be responsible for the freight of the Goods delivered to China Market and China Market will bear the freight of the Goods delivered to Customer.

Gift exchange

 Based on the following conditions, the goods purchased as gifts can be replaced or returned within 7 days of receiving the goods (purchased through the website) :

(1) Complete and returned with the gift;

(2) Show the receipt of the original gift;

(3) The gift is "on sale condition"; and

(4) Gifts are not within the scope of "excluded items".

Returns or replacements beyond 7 days after receipt (in the case of online purchases) may be accepted, subject to the sole discretion of China Market.

Gifts do not support any form of refund.

The opinions of companies or third parties who sell goods on our stores or websites or work with us in any media are their personal opinions. As any of the above opinions do not necessarily reflect our opinions, China Market shall not be liable for such opinions.

China Market does not warrant that the Site and Services are error free or that the Site or the servers used for the operation of the Site are free of viruses or other harmful ingredients. We recommend that all site users install the latest version of software, including anti-virus software.

Certain events beyond our reasonable control, such as bad weather, may occur. In such event, China Market will use its best efforts to maintain its Services, but shall not be liable for its failure to perform any of its obligations under these Terms of Service.

Due to your violation of our terms of service and all liability, claims, costs, damages and losses (including legal fees), you agree that once required by us, to us, namely the China market (including its senior managers, directors, agents, affiliates, licensing, and suppliers) make a full compensation, and makes us from harm. This includes any other person using your account to use the Site as a result of your action or omission.

If you violate the Terms of Service but we do not take any action against you, we do not waive our rights and remedies in any other case of your breach of the Terms of Service.

We have a complaint handling procedure in place and will use this procedure to try to resolve disputes when they first arise. For complaints or comments regarding any order, please contact our customer service team.

China Market respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you have reason to believe that your work may be used on the site without approval, please contact us in accordance with this complaint handling procedure.

The Terms of Service, together with all of our policies and procedures, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. In the event of any dispute or claim arising in connection with these Terms of Service, the relevant courts in Turkey shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
